Who is Olaf Lederer?
Sometimes life brings us full circle; back to where we began. I started my professional career as a salesman. Now, over 20 years later, I find myself in a similar role. The web has completely changed everything about how we convey information. And, yet, the basic concepts remain the same. Find a great product or service, find a way to convince potential customers that they can't live without it and find a way to ensure they buy it from you or the company you represent.
I went from selling tools to selling software to building websites. And, I'm having more fun than I have ever had in my life. I'm unraveling puzzles and turning seemingly incomprehensible lines of code into sales and information portals for my clients. I'm blending words and pictures into online presentations that not only look great but, also make the sale. One day I get to work with a fun group of bicycling enthusiasts, the next with a printing company that might make a charming wall-sized mural with pig's snouts, or a company that works with brain enhancement technologies.
Every day is a new adventure!
Best of all, I'm home most nights to cook dinner for my wife and daughter.
